Last updated: October 09, 2026

Qtonium does not collect personal information from visitors beyond basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) and what is voluntarily provided when joining our waitlist or when contacting us directly. We do not use analytics, tracking scripts, advertising networks, or tracking cookies.

If you sign up for our waitlist, we collect your email address so we can send updates about Qtonium and notify you when new features or opportunities become available. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose. We do not sell, share, or disclose email addresses to third parties, except to the service providers listed under Third-Party Services, which process them on our behalf. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by using your personalized unsubscribe link in any of our waitlist emails, or by contacting us at [email protected].

If you email us or submit a message through our contact form (including sales, support, privacy, investment, or careers inquiries), we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message content. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information or disclose it to unrelated third parties. Service providers acting on our behalf may process information as necessary to operate, secure, and provide our services.

We may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses and browser type, for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and operational purposes. Such information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary and is deleted regularly.

Third-Party Services

Qtonium uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate its services, including Cloudflare for website security, DNS, and content delivery, Vultr for server hosting, and Microsoft services, including Exchange Online and Azure, for email and communications infrastructure. These providers may process the information described in this policy, including technical information, email addresses, and messages you send us, only as necessary to provide their services to us.

Data Location

All data collected by Qtonium is stored on servers located in the United States. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. Third-party services used by Qtonium may process information in other regions. We intend to offer additional data storage options in other regions as Qtonium expands.

Children's Privacy

Qtonium is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at [email protected].

We may disclose information when required to do so by law, court order, or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Qtonium, our users, or others.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, erase, or correct your personal information. Please contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable period of time and in accordance with applicable law. You also have a right to complain about our data processing practices to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
